One record per permit: license_number (the TTB permit number), business_name (owner) and operating_name, credential (Wine Producer, Distilled Spirits Plant, Importer, Wholesaler), street / city / state / zip_code / county, and is_new_license when TTB flags the permit as new.
TTB publishes current permittees only, so every record is status: active with status_basis saying so. Brewers hold a Brewer's Notice rather than a basic permit and are not part of this list.
