What you get
One record per store: business_name, credential (the USDA store type — Supermarket, Super Store, Convenience Store, Combination Grocery/Other, Farmers' Market and the specialty classes), license_number (the USDA record id), street / city / state / zip_code / county, latitude and longitude, issue_date (authorization date, MM/DD/YYYY) and, for closed rows, the authorization end date.
The USDA file carries no status word: a store with no end date is currently authorized (status: active) and a store with an end date is closed; status_basis says which rule applied.
