One record per credential: full_name split into first_name / middle_name / last_name, license_number (the state's own number), credential (Certified General, Certified Residential, Licensed, Trainee — as the state reports it), the licensing state, the appraiser's mailing city / mailing_state / zip_code / county, business_name (the company on file), the listed phone, issue_date and expiration_date in MM/DD/YYYY (with _iso twins), expires_in_days, and status.
The registry publishes a real status column, so status is the state's own word translated to the canonical vocabulary — active or inactive — with status_raw preserving the original and status_basis: "published by the licensing authority".
Registry-specific fields ride along: aqb_compliant (meets AQB criteria), disciplinary_action with its effective and ending dates, and ever_disciplined as a plain yes/no.
